If you are a parent or guardian of a Mansfield Elementary student, you are automatically a member of the PTO. Welcome! We encourage you to attend an upcoming meeting and get involved in whatever way works best for your family.

Attending PTO Meetings
The Mansfield Elementary PTO hosts community meetings approximately every other month during the school year. Dates for these meetings can be found on the homepage of this website.
Meetings take place at the elementary school at 6:30 PM. To help make attendance more accessible for all families, we offer complimentary pizza and childcare, provided by experienced counselors from Mansfield’s own Holiday Hill Day Camp.
These gatherings are a great chance to learn about current PTO initiatives, share your ideas, and connect with fellow MES parents.
Can’t make it in person? A recap of each meeting will be posted on this website and in Take Home Notices.  Video recordings will be posted to the private PTO private Facebook group.
Volunteering
We are always looking for help in coordinating events, fundraisers, teacher appreciation events, enrichment activities and more!
This year the PTO will be hosting 3 main MES events – a fall festival, winter dance, and spring book festival. There will be committees in charge of planning and executing all of those events. We will need parent support!

Donating to the PTO
The Mansfield Elementary PTO organizes several fundraisers throughout the school year to help fund community events, field trips, grade-level activities, and teacher appreciation efforts.
Details about upcoming fundraisers will be shared through student take-home notices, posted here on our website, and shared in the Mansfield Elementary PTO Facebook group.
We gladly accept donations at any time through Venmo, our Givebutter page (https://givebutter.com/PTOMES) or by check made out to the Mansfield Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization. (*Please note, do not cover fees or TIP on the check out page, this does not support the PTO)
Purchases from our merch store also support the PTO. We’ve kept prices as close to cost as possible to ensure affordability for families.
